Shipping policy

After your order is shipped out of the warehouse, we will confirm the tracking information. From there we’ll email you the tracking information so you can keep up to date with your order as it gets closer to your doorstep! We print every shipping label exactly as it's entered on our website. Please be sure to double-check your email address and shipping address before completing your order to ensure that your package is shipping to the right location. If you believe that your address may be incorrect, please reach out to lovebeautylashes1@gmail.com or send message to us and we'll be happy to verify or correct this information for you. We cannot correct any addresses once an order has been processed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for any corrections.

 

Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

For customized product, there will take more time to produce, and the prodution time is different for different products. You can contact us to get more info
